For first, we r looking forward to meet u guys - especially me - as far as we know that u guys r very addicted and passioned pilots too.
To make some points clear - further details can always be discussed - we will post the following points:
Event planed for the 18.February 2005 - Time TBA
1. Number of pilots per team each round decided at least one week before match. Target 8 vs 8.
2. No respawns ie:) pilots will not enter the game after being shot down or lose connection!
3. Ace settings. Global Settings
4. GFX-Setting : SCENE = Low OR Medium.
5. Missile effectiveness set to 5. (most realistic)
6. Total number of rounds agreed at least one week before match, pilots will take off to compete.
Target “Best of 3”
7. Last man landed >at homeplate. ie:) (Last pilot(s) still airborn returns to homeplate ie:) where
they took off from; and lands safely - “surviving Pilot”; broken landing gear or damaged jets
accepted. All Pilots each side down means that the round has to be repeated.
8. Refueling available at homeplate or if tankers available (tankers can be agreed ahead of time),
rearming at homplate only. Pilots must land at their hombase only!
9. If any member that leaves the game for any reason during the round is considered a downed pilot
and may not re-enter that round. ie:) that team loses one pilot, for that round ( the same as being shot down! ).
10. One Test round performed for lag and connection issues. Before the match begins. If lag or connection
problems occur during the test round, the other team will host and another test round will begin until a suitable
server is agreed upon!
11. Pilots can only be substituted between rounds. ie:) changing pilots between rounds, in case there are more pilots
that want to partake in the event, or a pilot has connection problems, or a problem with his, or her computer!
12. If a pilot has connection problems or has computer problems at the beginning of a round and can't find a another
pilot within 15 minutes, the round will continue as team numbers agreed upon.
13. If the server shuts down during match round, the round will be repeated. If individual player computer fails
in game it is just bad luck.
14. If team leaves and does not return to the match within 30 minutes, that will be considered a win for the other team.
15. Challenging team allows the challenged team choice of home base. “To begin with …..” .
16. Bases are changed each time a round takes place. ie:) first round =Jabog_32= starts at (?)
next round =Jabog_32= starts at (?) next round =Jabog_32= starts at (?).
Or vise-versa if =Jabog_32= is challenging.
17. Team Challenged chooses map and submits 3 days in advance to oposing team.
18. Time will be allowed for any indivicual computer to reboot between rounds if necessary.
19. ATC will be agreed on before match at least three days in advance of War. Particular ATC program
agreed on ahead also. Jabog32 ATC or LOTATC for example.
20. All aircraft and groundunit subjects to attack at any time during the war.
21. Airdefensing Groundunits (same set on both bases) will be at each home base unless otherwise
agreed upon and 3 days before match.
22. All flyable Planes r available for both Teams. LL-Patch[/colorffx]
